DAY 1
Choose one goal for the next 30 days. Write what it means to you in your own words.
IT IS MY YEAR · BEGIN ANY DAY
One goal. Thirty small steps. Four weekly reviews. Turn a change you care about into actions you can return to.
BEGIN WITH ONE GOAL
Choose one change you can work towards. Take the days at your own pace; the day numbers are steps rather than calendar dates.

WEEK 1
DAY 1
Choose one goal for the next 30 days. Write what it means to you in your own words.
DAY 2
Describe a small, observable sign of progress. Focus on something you can influence.
DAY 3
Choose the smallest useful action towards your goal. Try it once today.
DAY 4
Decide when your action fits. Attach it to a routine or put a realistic time in your calendar.
DAY 5
Prepare what you need and remove one small obstacle to starting.
DAY 6
Repeat your small action. Notice what made it easier or harder.
DAY 7
Review week one: what did you try, what worked, and what will you adjust?
WEEK 2
DAY 8
Choose one priority for this week that supports your goal.
DAY 9
Break that priority into a next action you can complete in a short session.
DAY 10
Protect a manageable block of time for that action.
DAY 11
Move one avoidable distraction out of reach during your next session.
DAY 12
Take the next step, then record what you did in your daily focus.
DAY 13
Write a backup version of your action for a busy or low-energy day.
DAY 14
Review week two: where did your time go, and what deserves room next week?
WEEK 3
DAY 15
Look back at why you chose this goal. Adjust its scope if your circumstances have changed.
DAY 16
Practise your backup action. A smaller step can still count.
DAY 17
If you missed a day, return today. If not, write a simple plan for returning after a gap.
DAY 18
Ask for one piece of practical help or useful feedback, if it would support your goal.
DAY 19
Use one relevant resource to answer a question, then apply one thing you learnt.
DAY 20
Notice a small win and describe what you did to create it.
DAY 21
Review week three: what helped you return, and what can you simplify?
WEEK 4
DAY 22
Choose one repeatable action you want to keep beyond this programme.
DAY 23
Make its cue, timing and smallest version clear.
DAY 24
Check whether your plan leaves room for your other responsibilities and rest.
DAY 25
Take one next step that you have been postponing. Make it smaller if needed.
DAY 26
Compare your progress with the sign you chose on day two, without judging the whole month by one number.
DAY 27
Prepare the tools, time or support you need for the next week.
DAY 28
Review week four: what changed, what did you learn, and what will you carry forward?
DAY 29
Write your next 30-day plan: one goal, one repeatable action and a weekly review time.
DAY 30
Celebrate the effort you made. Choose a date to begin your next chapter.
Use days 29 and 30 to shape your next month. You can continue with your current goal or choose a focused programme.
